Summary

National Shipbuilding Budget Policy Act - Authorizes appropriations for FY2011-FY2015 for: (1) construction of vessels to meet Navy force requirements; and (2) loan guarantees and commitments for the construction of new vessels to replace and expand the U.S. fleet of commercial vessels.
