Summary
Small Business Disaster Assistance Grant Program Act of 2010 - Authorizes the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to make grants of up to $25,000 each to small businesses located: (1) in a state with an unemployment rate that exceeds the rate of at least 75% of all other states; and (2) in an area for which the President has declared a major disaster during the two-year period preceding the enactment of this Act.
