Prevent ABUSE Act of 2016 Prevent Abuse By Using Interstate Exchange Act of 2016 This bill requires a state that receives a prescription drug monitoring program implementation and enhancement grant to set aside at least 20% of grant funds to facilitate interstate electronic information sharing about prescriptions for controlled substances.
