Summary

Taxpayer Conscience Protection Act of 2018 This bill requires a state that makes a Medicaid payment using federal funds in a given fiscal year for any items or services furnished by an abortion provider to: (1) submit a report to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on all such payments, and (2) publish the report on the state's website. HHS must submit to specified congressional committees, and publish on its website, a report that contains all submitted reports and a summary of those reports.
