Summary

Federal Life Insurance Transparency Act - Requires group life insurance and group accidental death insurance payments under the federal employees' group life insurance (FEGLI) program to be made to the life insurance beneficiary in the form of a lump sum payment unless the insured or the beneficiary makes a different election.
