Summary
To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to amend the Federal medical assistance percentage for the District of Columbia for fiscal years after 2019, and for other purposes. This bill incrementally lowers, from 70% in FY2019 to 54% in FY2027 and subsequent years, the maximum federal matching rate under Medicaid for Washington, DC.
