Summary
Post-Mastectomy Infection Risk Reduction Act of 2014 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to extend Medicare coverage of durable medical equipment to post-mastectomy water-resistant coverings if they are determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to be consistent with clinical protocol or are medically necessary to reduce the risk of infection after a mastectomy.
