Summary

Support for Working Families Extension Act - Amends part A (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) (TANF) of title IV of the Social Security Act to extend through FY2012 the Emergency Contingency Fund for State Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Programs. Increases the amount of the quarterly grant to a state from the Emergency Fund for subsidized employment expenditures. Establishes new Emergency Fund grants to states for work support services expenditures.
