ZIPP Act Zika Is Preventable Plan Act This bill authorizes funds made available under the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2015 to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for Ebola response and preparedness to also be used for Zika virus response and preparedness.
