Summary

Northern Mariana Islands Federal Depository Library Act - Authorizes the Delegate of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands to designate two libraries in the Commonwealth as federal depository libraries. Requires the distribution of U.S. government publications selected from lists prepared by the Superintendent of Documents to such libraries upon request. Allows the Delegate to designate only libraries able to provide custody and service for depository materials and located in areas where they can best serve the public's need and within areas not already adequately served by existing depository libraries.
