Summary

No Tolls in North Carolina Act of 2012 - Amends the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21) to prohibit the establishment in North Carolina of any of the three toll collection facilities the Secretary of Transportation (DOT) is authorized to place on an Interstate System highway, bridge, or tunnel under the Interstate System reconstruction and rehabilitation pilot program.
