Summary

Directs the Attorney General to convey, without consideration, to Leon County, Florida, all interest of the United States in a parcel of Bureau of Prisons land in the county comprising approximately 9.1 acres of specified undeveloped land. Subjects such conveyance to the condition that Leon County accept such real property in its "as is" condition at the time of conveyance. Requires: (1) the exact acreage and legal description of the property to be conveyed to be determined by a survey that is satisfactory to the Attorney General, and (2) the cost of such survey to be borne by Leon County.
