Summary

Airport Master Plan Customer Convenience Enhancement, Security, and Sustainability Act of 2011 or ACCESS Act 2011 - Directs the Secretary of Transportation (DOT) to encourage (including through Federal Aviation Administration [FAA] advisory circulars) airport sponsors and state and local officials in the development of their airport master plans to consider as additional goals: (1) customer service, and (2) access to airport grounds and airport facilities.
