Summary
Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) participate in the Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program; and (2) enter into an agreement with Arizona, California, and Nevada providing for the use of water from the Lower Colorado River for habitat creation and maintenance.
