Summary

Work Force Housing Act of 2011 - Amends the National Housing Act to exempt a work force residential housing property from the prohibition against the use of multifamily housing under a federally insured mortgage for transient or hotel purposes (thus authorizing such use). Defines "work force residential housing property" as multifamily housing: (1) whose dwelling units are rented for a minimum stay of seven days, and (2) that does not provide retail hotel amenities.
