Summary

Mount Soledad Veterans Memorial Preservation Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Defense (DOD) to: (1) convey the Mt. Soledad Veterans Memorial, which is located within the Soledad Natural Park in San Diego, California, to the Mount Soledad Memorial Association, without consideration; and (2) require the Association to cover the conveyance costs.
