Summary

To raise the consolidated assets threshold under the small bank holding company policy statement, and for other purposes. (Sec. 1) This bill directs the Federal Reserve Board to revise the Small Bank Holding Company Policy Statement on the Assessment of Financial and Managerial Factors to raise its consolidated asset threshold from $1 billion to $5 billion. The bill exempts from the leverage and risk-based capital requirements of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act any bank holding company or savings and loan holding company that is subject to the application of such Statement.
