Summary

Capturing On-line Predators Act of 2009 - Amends the federal criminal code to impose a fine and/or prison term of up to 10 years for knowingly misrepresenting one's age in any Internet communication to a minor to persuade, induce, entice, or coerce any individual to engage in illicit sexual activity.
