Summary
Runaway Reporting Improvement Act of 2013 - Amends the Crime Control Act of 1990 with respect to the reporting of missing children to require: (1) federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to certify to the Attorney General compliance with requirements to report missing children to the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database; and (2) state and local law enforcement officers to give a written information sheet to each individual who reports a missing child that includes the toll-free phone numbers of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the National Runaway Safeline and a description of services provided by such organizations.
