Summary

To provide Governors of States with the authority to withhold Federal financial assistance from units of local government that do not comply with the immigration laws, and for other purposes. This bill authorizes the governor of a state to withhold federal financial assistance from a local government unit in the state that has not complied with the immigration laws.
