Summary

To remove the authority of the Secretary of Energy to amend or issue new energy efficiency standards for ceiling fans. This bill amends the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to eliminate the Department of Energy's authority to: (1) amend energy efficiency standards for ceiling fan light kits, and (2) issue energy efficiency or energy use standards for electricity used by ceiling fans to circulate air in a room.
