Summary

Ensuring Successful Reentry Act of 2017 This bill amends the federal criminal code to modify the conditions under which an inmate may be temporarily released from custody to work at paid employment in the community. Specifically, it eliminates the requirement for an inmate to pay certain costs incident to his or her detention.
