Summary
Fair COLA for Seniors Act of 2017 This bill amends title II (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to, with respect to OASDI benefits: (1) apply a 3.9% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for the second half of 2017, and (2) revise the computation of COLAs to use the Consumer Price Index for Elderly Consumers.
