Summary
DTV Transition Assistance Act - Amends the Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005 to require the Assistant Secretary for Communication of the Department of Commerce, subject to limitations, to implement and administer a program through which U.S. households may obtain coupons toward the purchase of a television antenna.
