Summary
To prevent the territories of the United States from losing current Medicaid funding. This bill amends the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 to require the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to annually allocate, to each U.S. territory, at least as much Medicaid funding for primary care services as was allocated to the territory in 2017.
