Summary
Startup in a Day Act of 2017 This bill requires the Small Business Administration to establish the Startup in a Day Program to award competitive grants to state or local governments to assist entrepreneurs planning to start a small business concern in complying with state and local requirements. State and local governments may use grants to: develop, implement, and improve Internet resources related to the small business concern startup process; and assist such entrepreneurs in registering and applying for any required licenses or permits.
