Summary
Wireless Prepaid Access Device Enforcement Act of 2009 - Amends the federal criminal code to impose criminal penalties on anyone who knowingly: (1) purchases and/or handles one or more wireless prepaid access devices to modify, remove, avoid, or overwrite installed software that causes such devices to operate as a wireless prepaid access device on a wireless network; or (2) engages in the unauthorized resale or redistribution outside of the United States of any wireless prepaid access devices that are sold to be used on a wireless network within the United States.
