FIRED Act Fighting for Intelligent, Rational, and Ethical Dismissal Act This bill amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to authorize the President to remove the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance.
