Summary

Streamlining Education Claims Processing Act of 2011 - Directs certain amounts payable for individuals pursuing approved education under the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) post-9/11 educational assistance program to be paid by the VA Secretary within 30 days following receipt of the charges incurred by such individual at the end of the quarter, semester, or term. Sets forth the method for determining the cost per credit hour for established charges payable directly to educational institutions.
