Summary

Responsible Disposal Reauthorization Act of 2018 (Sec. 2) This bill amends the Uranium Mill Tailings Radiation Control Act of 1978 to extend through FY2030 authorization for the Department of Energy to operate the Cheney disposal cell in Mesa County, Colorado.
