Summary
To amend the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 to increase the target financing of exports by small business concerns. This bill amends the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 to require the Export-Import Bank of the United States to increase from at least 20% to at least 25% the amount of its aggregate loan, guarantee, and insurance authority it makes available to finance direct small business exports for each fiscal year.
