Summary

Expands the Department of Agriculture 2017 Wildfires and Hurricanes Indemnity Program to include coverage for certain crop, tree, bush, and vine losses due to flooding occurring in Iowa in 2019. (Under current law, the program provides disaster payments for certain losses resulting from hurricanes and wildfires during 2017.)
