Summary

FCC Commissioners' Technical Resource Enhancement Act - Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to permit each commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to appoint an electrical engineer or computer scientist to provide technical consultation and to interface with the Office of Engineering and Technology and other FCC bureaus and technical staff. Requires such engineer or scientist to hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in his or her field of expertise.
