Summary
To amend title 23, United States Code, to allow food concessions at State-owned interstate rest areas. This bill allows concessions, including restaurants, food services, and convenience stores, at state-owned rest areas along highways on the Interstate System. A state may use revenues received from such concessions to support any federal-aid highway program.
