Summary

Vulnerable Veterans Housing Reform Act of 2015 Amends the United States Housing Act of 1937 to exclude as family income for Department of Housing and Urban Development housing assistance purposes any Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) payments made to veterans in need of regular aid and attendance for expenses related to such aid and attendance. Amends the the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014 to reduce the VA employee bonus and award dollar amount limitation applicable to each of FY2016-FY2020 by $10 million.
