Summary
Congressional Pay Reduction Act Amends the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 to: (1) eliminate automatic cost of living adjustments for Members of Congress, and (2) reduce Members' annual rate of pay to 95% of the annual rate for the most recent pay period preceding the regularly scheduled federal general election held in November 2016.
