Summary
LEO Fair Retirement Act of 2015 Provides that for purposes of computing the annuity of a federal law enforcement employee under the Civil Service Retirement System and the Federal Employees Retirement System, the law enforcement availability pay and administratively uncontrollable overtime pay earned by such employee in excess of limitations imposed on such pay shall be included in the average pay of such employee.
