Summary

Federal Vehicle Repair Cost Savings Act of 2015 (Sec. 4) This bill requires the head of each federal agency to encourage the use of remanufactured vehicle components to mantain federal vehicles if using such components reduces the cost, while maintaining the quality, of such vehicles.
