Summary

Social Security Commission Act of 2015 Establishes in the legislative branch the Commission on Long Term Social Security Solvency to make recommendations to Congress, including proposed legislation, for achieving solvency in the Social Security trust funds for a period of at least 75 years. Requires expedited consideration of any proposed legislation approving Commission recommendations.
