Summary
National Park Service Transparency and Accountability Act This bill directs the National Park Service (NPS) to submit to Congress a report that contains: (1) an evaluation of its capital investment strategy, (2) a determination of whether the strategy is achieving its intended outcomes, and (3) any changes to the strategy that the NPS recommends to improve such outcomes.
