Summary
To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide States with flexibility with respect to providing coverage for nonemergency transportation under Medicaid. This bill: (1) repeals the regulatory requirement for a state Medicaid program to ensure necessary transportation to and from providers, and (2) specifies that title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act does not require a program to provide such transportation.
