Summary

To prohibit the use of official funds for airline accommodations for Members of Congress which are not coach-class accommodations or for long-term vehicle leases for Members of Congress, and for other purposes. Prohibits the use of funds appropriated or otherwise made available for the official travel expenses of a Member of Congress for airline accommodations which are not coach-class accommodations. Prohibits similarly use for the long-term leasing of a vehicle of any funds appropriated or otherwise made available for the operations of a House of Congress, including the official and representational expenses of a Member or the expenses of a congressional committee or leadership office.
