Summary
To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide States with flexibility in providing choice of coverage through managed care under Medicaid. This bill eliminates the requirement for a state Medicaid program to allow an individual to select a managed-care entity from among two or more qualified entities. Instead, a state Medicaid program may, but is not required to, do so.
