Summary

Stopping Abusive Student Loan Collection Practices in Bankruptcy Act of 2015 Amends federal bankruptcy law to allow an individual whose student loan debt is discharged due to undue hardship to recover the costs of, and a reasonable attorney's fee for, the discharge proceeding if the court finds that the position of the creditor was not substantially justified.
