BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th | ||
Legislature, Regular Session, 2021, That Senate Rule 12.03 be | ||
suspended in part as provided by Senate Rule 12.08 to enable the | ||
conference committee appointed to resolve the differences on | ||
House Bill No. 3774 (the operation and administration of and | ||
practice and procedure related to proceedings in the judicial | ||
branch of state government) to consider and take action on the | ||
following matter: | ||
Senate Rule 12.03(1) is suspended to permit the committee | ||
to amend text not in disagreement in proposed SECTION 1.01(c) of | ||
the bill, providing for the creation date of the 478th Judicial | ||
District (Bell County), to read as follows: | ||
(c) The 478th Judicial District is created on January 1, | ||
2022. | ||
Explanation: This change is necessary to allow for the | ||
creation of the 478th Judicial District (Bell County) on January | ||
1, 2022. | ||
