S.C.R. No. 60

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1420 has been adopted by the senate
and the house of representatives and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the
following corrections:
(1) In SECTION 13 of the bill, in amended Section
201.401(b), Transportation Code (conference committee report page
10, line 3), strike ", outside, or retained".
(2) In SECTION 31 of the bill, in added Section
223.201(f)(6), Transportation Code (conference committee report
page 49, line 9), between "the" and "Highway" insert "State".
