| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 155.051(c), Occupations Code, is amended | ||
| to read as follows: | ||
| (c) Subsections (a) and (b) do not apply to an [ |

| are amended to read as follows: | ||
