| WHEREAS, The passing of Paul E. Taylor of Lubbock on February | ||
| 17, 2011, at the age of 66, has deeply saddened the family and | ||
| friends of this esteemed Texan; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Born on April 1, 1944, to Willard and Willie May | ||
| Taylor, Paul Taylor was one of five children in his family; Mr. | ||
| Taylor shared nearly half a century of marriage with his wife, | ||
| Louise, and the couple were blessed with a son, Roger, two | ||
| daughters, Debbie and Jeannine, and six grandchildren; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Paul Taylor lived a caring and purposeful life, and | ||
| he will forever be remembered with great affection by all those who | ||
| held him close to their hearts; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Paul E. Taylor and | ||
| extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife, | ||
| Louise; to his son, Roger, and his wife, Roxanne; to his daughter, | ||
| Debbie Whitten, and her husband, Mark; to his six grandchildren, | ||
| Ryker, Steven, Ramsey, and Christopher Taylor and Kamber and Asher | ||
| Whitten; to his mother, Willie May Taylor; to his three sisters, | ||
| Elizabeth Edwards, Sylvia Westbrook, and Glenda Upchurch; to his | ||
| brother, Gary Taylor; and to his other relatives and many friends; | ||
| and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of | ||
| Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Paul E. | ||
| Taylor. | ||
