| WHEREAS, Rule 5, Section 21, of the permanent rules of the | ||
| House of Representatives of the 86th Texas Legislature allows the | ||
| house, by resolution, to open the floor of the house during its | ||
| sessions for public ceremonies as may be deemed warranted; now, | ||
| therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby grant permission for the floor of the house to be | ||
| opened on February 25, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. for the Texas | ||
| Legislative Black Caucus. | ||
