| WHEREAS, Brenda Escobar is graduating from Pasadena Early | ||
| College High School on June 4, 2015; and | ||
| WHEREAS, In undertaking the rigorous PECHS curriculum, | ||
| Ms. Escobar has completed an accelerated course of study in which | ||
| she has earned both a high school diploma and an associate's degree | ||
| in business from San Jacinto Community College; and | ||
| WHEREAS, One of the top 10 graduates in her class, | ||
| Ms. Escobar plans to continue her education at the University of | ||
| Houston, where she will major in business; and | ||
| WHEREAS, During her years at PECHS, this accomplished young | ||
| Texan has distinguished herself through her skill and | ||
| determination, and the knowledge and confidence she has acquired | ||
| along the way will serve her well in the years to come; now, | ||
| therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby congratulate Brenda Escobar on her graduation | ||
| from Pasadena Early College High School as a member of the Class of | ||
| 2015 and extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; and, be | ||
| it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Ms. Escobar as an expression of high regard by the | ||
| Texas House of Representatives. | ||
